Brina Himunzowa is a seasoned Food Safety and Quality Assurance Specialist with over a decade of progressive experience in the food industry. She holds a Bachelor of Food Science and Technology from the University of Zambia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health from the University of Lusaka.
Currently serving as Group Food Safety Manager at Zambeef Products PLC, Brina has successfully led teams in implementing and maintaining international food safety standards, including ISO 22000 certification, GlobalG.A.P /GlobalS.L.P Certification, HACCP, and GMP compliance. She is a certified FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor with extensive expertise in food safety risk assessment, policy development, and staff training.
