Rootooba Limited is partnering with the U.S. National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) to support two major initiatives aimed at reinforcing U.S.–Africa agricultural collaboration. These include NASDA’s participation in the Africa Food Systems Forum (AFSF) in Senegal and the upcoming Inbound Trade Mission to Indiana in October 2025.
At the AFSF, Rootooba is playing a strategic facilitation role by mapping Kenyan stakeholders—including government, academia, private sector, and civil society—and coordinating bilateral engagements. The firm is organizing side meetings and joint sessions to foster dynamic U.S.–Kenya exchanges. It is also preparing briefing materials to ensure that all engagements are contextually relevant and strategically aligned. During the Forum, Rootooba will provide logistical and real-time engagement support, followed by a post-event debrief in Kenya to embed learnings into national advocacy.
For the Indiana trade mission, Rootooba is assisting NASDA in curating a diverse Kenyan delegation and handling logistical preparations to ensure smooth participation. The agenda will focus on shared US-Kenya priorities such as feed innovation, livestock genetics, and ethanol utilization. Rootooba will also support a virtual pre-mission orientation and help organize a post-mission dissemination session in Kenya to amplify impact and drive actionable outcomes.
These efforts are building strategic, inclusive, and forward-looking partnerships to advance food systems transformation and agricultural trade between the two nations.
