Clement Tulezi is the Secretary General of the Horticultural Council of Eastern Africa (HOCEA) and the Chief Executive Officer of the Kenya Flower Council (KFC), the premier business membership organisation representing Kenya’s floriculture industry. With a background in project management, communications, diplomacy, public affairs, and organisational leadership, he has worked extensively with private sector bodies, government agencies, and development partners to advance agribusiness in Kenya. Since joining KFC, Tulezi has championed sustainable production, global market access, and strong policy advocacy to protect and grow the sector’s competitiveness. Under his leadership, KFC has strengthened its Flowers and Ornamentals Sustainability Standard (FOSS) and positioned Kenyan flowers as a global benchmark for quality, ethics, and environmental stewardship.
