The GLOBALG.A.P. TOUR STOP 2025 in Kenya (23–25 September) will be a vibrant three-day gathering of agricultural stakeholders committed to advancing safer and more sustainable farming. This high-energy event will spotlight food safety, smart farm assurance tools, and the critical role of Kenya’s National Technical Working Group (NTWG) in guiding the implementation of GLOBALG.A.P. standards and interpretation guidelines nationwide.
Designed as an interactive platform for collaboration, the TOUR STOP will feature inspiring keynote addresses from renowned experts, paired with interactive discussions that explore practical solutions for sustainable production and compliance with global standards. Participants will gain actionable insights into enhancing food safety awareness, adopting innovative farm assurance solutions, and leveraging new market opportunities created by frameworks such as the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA).
The programme offers a dynamic mix of breakout sessions, panel discussions, and an exhibition showcasing cutting-edge innovations from across the agricultural value chain—from production and handling to logistics and market delivery. These sessions will provide a space for producers, exporters, retailers, policymakers, and other value chain actors to exchange ideas, build partnerships, and explore pathways to greater competitiveness in domestic, regional, and international markets.
On Day 3, participants will join field visits to exemplary crop farms and enterprises that align with GLOBALG.A.P. standards, offering first-hand exposure to best practices in production, handling, and supply chain management.
